Hear from John Weinert of Goulburn Valley RoadSafe about the must-knows before embarking on your trusty mobility scooter or electric wheelchair. Topics include: who can use a motorised mobility device, how following the road rules makes everyone safer, how to spot an illegal device plus some tips for pedestrians.
