Seniors Festival 2024 - Movie at Benalla Cinema: What about Sal?

Enjoy this special screening of What about Sal? as part of our Seniors Festival celebration. 

Sal (Gerard O'Dwyer) is in his 30's and lives with his mum Sophie (Kaarin Fairfax), who has a terminal illness. She has only weeks to live, and with no living family members left, Sal - who has Down Syndrome - could become a ward of the state. When Sal becomes aware that he was a product of a one night stand and that his mum doesn't remember his father's name, he plays detective and embarks on a journey to find his unnamed father.
