Council's Annual Report

Our Annual Report is prepared each financial year in accordance with Section 99 of the Local Government Act 2020.

The Benalla Rural City Council Annual Report 2023/24 was presented to the Council at its meeting on 23 October 2024. You can download the annual report here(PDF, 7MB).  

The Annual Report includes the Council’s Financial Statements, Standard Statements and Performance Statement for the year ended 30 June 2024 which have been audited by the Victorian Auditor General.

In an effort to reduce the impact on the environment, a copy of the Report can be viewed online from the links below. Limited copies of the Annual Report may be obtained by contacting the Council’s Customer Service Centre on 03 5760 2600. You can view the Annual Report at the Benalla Customer Service Centre, 1 Bridge Street East, Benalla, Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5pm.
