Community Satisfaction Survey Starting Soon

Benalla Rural City residents are encouraged to have their say in the 2022 Community Survey, which will be conducted from 31 January until mid March.

During this time, local households may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.

They have been commissioned to conduct a community satisfaction survey on behalf of Council to help assess its performance and service delivery across a range of measures.

The short telephone survey is undertaken with residents selected at random. Responses are confidential, and Council will receive reports from the survey, which will be made publicly available.

Community feedback is welcome at any time and past survey results are available for viewing at www.benalla.vic.gov.au
