Council scores well in Community Satisfaction Survey

The Council has scored higher than average for overall performance for a small rural Council for the second consecutive year in the annual Community Satisfaction Survey.
The State Government coordinated survey was conducted across 62 Victorian councils in February and March of this year, including 17 in the ‘Small Rural Shire’ category.
The Council also scored well in the areas of Customer Service and Advocacy, which is lobbying on behalf of the Benalla Rural City community.
