Footpath and kerb renewal Bridge Street East

We wish to advise that we will be carrying out footpath replacement works along Bridge Street, Benalla between Mair Street and Nunn Street from Monday 9 September until Friday 20 September 2024 (weather dependent).

Works will also include drainage works and kerb and channel replacement.

The footpath and carparks along the eastbound lane of Bridge Street between Mair Street and Nunn Street will be closed during this time.

Some minor construction noise may be experienced during these works, and you will be required to seek an alternate walking path during this time. Pedestrians should use the footpath along the westbound lane of Bridge Street during the works.

This work will see a change to traffic conditions along Bridge Street between Lake Benalla Bridge and Nunn Street, including a lateral traffic lane shift along the eastbound lane.
