Benalla Rural City Council has implemented a customer portal to process all planning application types. We will no longer be accepting hard copies. 

You can use the online portal to:

  • Submit a new planning permit application
  • Submit an amended planning permit application including secondary consent
  • Submit a request to vary or amend a Section 173 Agreement
  • Submit a request to extend the time for a planning permit
  • Submit a planning scheme amendment
  • Submit a Development Plan application
  • Check on the progress of your application
  • Make online payments
  • Submit a general planning enquiry
  • Lodge documents

 

As a customer, you can create your own login for access to the customer portal. This allows you to submit your applications and enquiries directly into the portal.
