In accordance with section 135 of the Local Government Act 2020, the following summaries of personal interests are now available for public access.

Summaries of personal interest must be published on Council’s internet site and be available for inspection at the Council office.

All candidates in the election are required to submit an election campaign donation return to our Chief Executive Officer. Donation returns need to be submitted 40 days following a council election (election day) and is a requirement of Section 306 of the Local Government Act 2020.

The election campaign donation return must contain details of any gifts received during the donation period by the candidate, or on behalf of the candidate to be used for, or in connection with the election campaign.
